Diversity programs among major law firms and corporations are becoming increasingly common, as legal employers actively seek to recruit and retain high quality attorneys with diverse backgrounds. Vault has partnered with the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) to produce a series of legal diversity career fairs for law students and lateral associates.
